Last night i laboriously chopped a few apples, kiwis, and bananas all for my 8 am speech class's party. Everybody loves fruit! Or so I thought... That was the reason I stole many a fruit over the week to share with the class. Well, I learned that college students would rather eat doughnuts, and I was left with tupperware full of leftover fruit!

What to do with all this?

Of course! A delectable Fruit and Yogurty Granola Parfait!
What you need:

1/2 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup Granola
2 T Pecans or Mixed Nuts
1 Cherry for on top!

Chopped fruit of any kind.... I used
Apple
Banana
Kiwi

****Feel free to add whatever fresh fruit is available at the dining hall!****

1. Shop around for you fruit and pick what is freshest!

2. Get a small bowl of yogurt, and a small bowl of granola and nuts.

3. In a drinking cup layer fruit-yogurt-granola and nuts...

4. Repeat until your cup is brimming with fruity fun!

5. Top your parfait with a cherry (just to be jazzy!) And Bon Appetite!
