In keeping with my Asian theme I thought I'd try and tackle a P.F. Chang's favorite (for Alaina!)... Lettuce Wraps! I had it all planned out... Grab all my ingredients and hit the stir fry at Jeff! I was amazed at how easy this recipe would be thanks to our friend "Mr. Asian Wok." With my plate full of steaming stir fry, I went to the salad bar for the last, but most essential ingredient for lettuce wraps... Lettuce... I soon learned that it is very difficult to wrap anything in the smaller-than-bite-size pieces of shrubbery that Jefferson fine dining has provided. Lesson learned. But what came out of my lack of planning was more delicious than I had expected! So i hope you try out this fantastic failure of a recipe!
